If we will be in your area for a pop up, you are more than welcome to preorder and grab your pops there!

 

Local Delivery ($45)

We need at least 24 hours notice for any local deliveries. Once you order, we will be in touch to arrange a specific date, time, and place. Please leave a cooler out for us to deliver your pops in if you won’t be home at the time.

Shipping Options

Our pops are shipped in Cool Pack packaging, but they canNOT be left outside in warm weather once they are delivered. You will be sent tracking info which lets you know when your pops will arrive! If you are not home to receive them, please leave a cooler out with ice for your delivery person to deposit them in.

USPS Shipping (non-perishable)

Your Pop Innovations or pop swag items will be shipped out to you within the next 7-12 days.

2-Day UPS Shipping (arrives by Friday date chosen)

Your pops will be shipped out earlier in the week and will arrive by Friday at the latest (if you need it to arrive on a specific date or sooner than this shipping allows, you will need to upgrade to Overnight Shipping). If your order is placed after noon on a Tuesday, it will be shipped out the next week.

Overnight UPS Shipping (specific delivery date)

If you place your order before noon, your pops will ship out the same day and arrive the next day. If you place your order after noon, your pops will be shipped out the next day.

Shipping cost increases for every 5 dozen pops you order (see chart below for specific costs).

More Shipping Info

Shipping and Processing

  • We only ship nationwide orders out on Monday through Wednesday.

  • Any order placed after 12pm on Tuesday will be shipped out the following week.

  • Your package will arrive to you in a maximum of two days from being shipped.

  • If you need an order for a specific date, please select “Overnight UPS Shipping” and put in the correct delivery date when checking out.

  • Once your package has been sent, you will receive an Order Fulfilled email with the tracking link. 

Shipping Guidelines

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States, and NOT a P.O. Box.

  • Shipments that are returned due to incorrect information will be subject to a reshipment charge.

  • We are not responsible in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

  • We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package. 

  • If your package says that it has been delivered but is not at your delivery address please contact UPS directly with your tracking number so that they may help you locate the package. We do not have any extra information on the whereabouts of your package. 

Guaranteed Goodness

  • All shipments are sent in an insulated envelope filled with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of your cake pops during transit.

  • The ice packs will most likely no longer be cold upon arrival, which is totally fine! The ice packs are only present to help keep the cake pops from not melting during the shipping period.

  • If you will not be home when the cake pops arrive, please have a cooler with ice packs ready by your door for them to be delivered into.

  • Once the cake pops arrive, put the box directly in the refrigerator for up to two weeks (or freezer for up to three months)

  • Some slight cake pop crackage during transit is normal. If you think there is more than usual damage to your pops, please contact us so that we may discuss/rectify the situation.

Returns

  • All online orders are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds/exchanges based on customer flavor preference.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, Daisy Pops does not accept returns.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of when the package was received, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your order. 

  • For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product.

  • Shipping fees are non refundable.

  • Each location requires a different order.

  • If you are shipping to more than five locations, please visit our Corporate Gift Sets page and see if those meet your needs. Included there is a spreadsheet you will fill out with your list of addresses.
