About Our Cake Pops

Process

Our cake pops begin as simple boxed cake mixes that are baked, cooled, and placed into the food processor with a little bit of frosting. This forms a “cake dough” that is rolled or hand-sculpted into the basic shape of the cake pop, placed on a lollipop stick, and then carefully dipped into melted chocolate or candy coating. That’s when things get creative—decorations are sprinkled, placed, drizzled, or piped onto the cake pop to make the final product. Regardless of how each cake pop is shaped and decorated, the end result is the same: a delightful, hand-crafted, delicious work of art.

Storage

Daisy Cakes cake pops will stay fresh at room temperature for about a week. No need to refrigerate, but you should keep them out of heat and away from direct sunlight. If needed to store cake pops before or after an event, the pops can be frozen. Avoid refrigeration as that causes the chocolate to discolor.
